Changing Oasis serves youth seeking mentorship and academic support, young adults pursuing GED completion or career pathways, adults working to strengthen workforce readiness and professional skills, and community members seeking education focused growth opportunities that support long-term stability. We also welcome returning residents who are re-entering the community and looking for guidance, skill building, and supportive pathways toward employment, education, and successful reintegration. Our programs are designed to meet individuals where they are and provide the structure, accountability, and resources needed to move forward with purpose and confidence.
Joining our programs connects participants to meaningful support, guidance, and opportunities that promote progress and self-sufficiency. Enrollment provides access to experienced mentors, education and GED preparation, career development, and hands-on tools that support personal and economic stability. Participants benefit from structured goal setting, accountability, and ongoing encouragement that strengthen confidence, decision making, and readiness for the next step.
